Hi, I’m the founder of Hart of Sage.

The name Hart of Sage was inspired by my last name, Everhart, and reflects the heart behind everything I create thoughtful, grounded, and rooted in what truly matters. This brand was born from my own desire to have one beautiful, easy-to-carry planner that could hold everything I wanted to track and document in my daily life.

As an administrative assistant and a creative thinker, organization has always been both my profession and my passion. I found myself juggling multiple notebooks, lists, and systems. I was wanting to track fitness, meals, budgeting, bible notes, travel, and family life, but found nothing quite meet my needs fully. That is when I decided to create my own, all-inclusive planner.

Hart of Sage planners are designed with real families and real life in mind. They blend structure with creativity while still leaving room for reflection, growth, and the moments that make life meaningful.
